Om Kosh is built, operated and owned by Resworb Solutions (“Resworb Solutions”, “we”). This policy explains what data we collect when your society uses the platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language because your trust is the whole point.
Om Kosh is a product built, operated and owned by Resworb Solutions, the parent company behind the platform. Resworb Solutions is the data controller responsible for the information described in this policy. You can learn more at www.resworbsolutions.com.
Account data: the name, email and mobile number of the committee members you invite, and your society’s name, type, city and unit structure.
Festival data: the members, contributions, expenses, vendors, sponsorships and reports you record while running your festivals.
Usage data: basic, non-identifying information about how the app is used, so we can make it faster and more reliable.
We use your data only to provide the service: to run your collections and reports, send receipts on your behalf, and support your committee. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your data is stored on managed, encrypted infrastructure with automated backups. Each society’s data is isolated so that no other society, or member without the right role, can access it.
Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
You own your data. You can export your members, collections, expenses and reports at any time, and request full deletion when you close your account. Email admin@resworbsolutions.com and we’ll help.
If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we’ll notify committee admins in-app and by email before it takes effect.
