Collect online, and reconcile against your bank

Self-serve contribution links, email members who haven’t paid a secure, one-time link; they see their own amount, scan a UPI QR and upload the payment screenshot, with no volunteer at the door
Send links to every pending resident at once, straight from the collection screen, and track who has paid, who’s still pending and whose link has expired
Online payments arrive marked “unverified” until you confirm them, so a screenshot alone never counts as real money
Bank reconciliation, upload your bank statement (CSV or Excel) and Om Kosh matches each online payment on transaction reference (UTR) and amount, verifying the ones it finds (and issuing their receipt) and flagging the ones it doesn’t
Email the members whose payments couldn’t be confirmed and revert them to “not paid” in one tap

Follow up every pledge, and move committee money with a trail

Committee fund transfers, hand held cash from one committee member to another; it debits the giver and credits the receiver, so each person’s passbook and the “money with committee” total always reconcile
A dedicated follow-ups list for part-paid and receipt-issued contributions, with the outstanding balance charted on the festival overview and collectable straight from the mobile app
“Promised” notes, record what a resident said (“will pay on the 5th”, “sent the QR, paying tonight”) against their unit with no receipt, so the next volunteer knows they’ve already been asked
Mark a receipt invalid right from the receipts register, it keeps its number for the audit trail but stops counting towards any total, and can be restored
Tap any entry in the mobile recent-activity feed for the full detail, who collected it, the payment method, receipt, status and note

The mobile app is now offline-first, collections and sponsorships save on the phone the instant you record them, even with no network at the mandap
An on-the-spot provisional receipt is issued offline; the official numbered receipt is assigned automatically when it syncs
