How it works

Set up once. Run every festival from your phone.

From registration to a published report in four simple steps, no accounting background needed.

STEP 1
Register your society
Add your organisation, wings and units in two minutes. Pick per-festival or yearly collection.
STEP 2
Invite your committee
Give treasurers and volunteers the right access with roles and permissions.
STEP 3
Collect on the go
Volunteers record collections & expenses from the mobile app, show a UPI QR, mark it paid, receipt issued instantly.
STEP 4
Publish the report
Share a transparent, audit-ready report with every resident in one tap.
Everything the committee needs

One transparent home for the festival money.

Contributions, expenses, vendors, sponsorships and reports, with a receipt trail residents actually trust.

Contribution collection
Wing-wise and shop-wise drives with live pending lists, QR pay and cash, nothing slips through.
Expense & vendor tracking
Log every payment out with bills, advances and vendor balances, always know your balance in hand.
Receipts that look like yours
Design a branded receipt or upload the one you already print, with your logo, signatures, 80G details and amount-in-words in Marathi, Hindi or English.
Sponsorships & advertisements
Cash or in-kind sponsorships with pledges, plus banner advertisements from local businesses, every extra rupee tracked and credited.
Online pay links & reconciliation
Email members who haven’t paid a secure link to contribute online, then reconcile every payment against your bank statement, no door-to-door chasing.
Reports, analytics & audit
Year-on-year trends, member & income analytics, vendor performance and an audit-ready balance sheet for your AGM.
Collect offline
No network at the mandap? Keep collecting, every entry saves on the phone and syncs automatically when you’re back online. Nothing lost, never duplicated.
Festival checklist
A shared to-do list for everything to finish before the celebration, permissions, decoration, sound, prasad, ticked off with dates and tracked on the overview.
Roles & transparency
Fine-grained roles keep the money safe, while residents get a ledger they can actually trust.
What sets Om Kosh apart

Built for how a mandal actually runs.

Not a generic accounting app with a festival label. Every screen is shaped by real Ganpati, Navratri and Diwali committees, down to the receipt in the donor’s hand.

Customizable receipts

Receipts that look exactly like yours.

Design a branded receipt in minutes, or upload the receipt your mandal already prints and drag each detail onto the exact spot it belongs. Every receipt then generates itself, member by member.

  • Upload your printed receipt & place fields on it, or design one with your logo, seal and colours
  • Amount in words in Marathi, Hindi or English, and a scan-to-pay UPI QR right on the receipt
  • Up to four office-bearer signatures, 80G / tax details, and your own receipt-book numbering
Advertisement management

Turn banners into a tracked income line.

Local businesses sponsor a gate arch, a mandap banner or a souvenir ad. Om Kosh records who paid, which placement, whether the banner went up, and folds it into the festival’s income, a whole revenue stream most committees lose track of.

  • Placements you configure yourself, gate, mandap, arch, souvenir, food stall
  • Part-payment and follow-ups, with its own receipt series
  • Add an advertisement right from a collection or sponsorship at the same desk
Awards & prize money
Won a decoration or dhol competition? Record the prize as proud, separate income, highlighted on the festival and its report.
Assets & inventory
Chairs, sound gear, idols and lights the mandal reuses every year, track quantity, allocate to a festival, log repairs, get them back.
Sponsorships, money or in-kind
A cash pledge, or an idol / mahaprasad / decoration given in kind, track what is promised, part-paid, delivered, and chase the balance.
Multi-language receipts
The whole receipt, dates, amounts and amount-in-words, written in Marathi, Hindi or English, in Devanagari where it belongs.
Bulk member import
Onboarding hundreds of flats? Download the Excel template, fill it in, upload, every row validated before a single member is added.
Committee advances & vendors
Hand a volunteer float money, get an itemised return with bills; track every vendor deal, advance and balance to the rupee.
Inside the app

Real screens from a real festival.

Not mockups, this is the committee portal running an actual Ganapati drive, with live collections, expenses and the reports residents get to see.

Members & wings
Every unit, its category and what it has paid, pending list always live.
Reports & insights
Year-on-year trends and expense breakdowns, ready to publish at the AGM.
At the mandap

Your volunteers collect from their phones.

Committee members sign in with their number and a 4-digit PIN, no passwords to remember in a crowd. Search a flat, show the UPI QR, mark it paid, and the receipt is issued before they walk away.

  • Works on any phone, installs like an app
  • Live pending list, wing by wing
  • Log expenses with a photo of the bill

Loved by treasurers & secretaries

Committees sleep better at audit time.

★★★★★

Earlier our Ganpati collection was a mess of registers and group-chat forwards. Now every resident gets an instant receipt and I close the books in minutes.

Treasurer
★★★★★

We moved to yearly collection and Om Kosh made it effortless, one payment covers Ganesh, Navratri and Diwali, and the pool view keeps every festival on budget.

Secretary
★★★★★

At the AGM, showing a clean audit-ready report from my phone ended years of “where did the money go” arguments. Worth every rupee.
