These terms govern your society’s use of Om Kosh, a platform built, operated and owned by Resworb Solutions. By registering your organisation, the admin accepts these terms on behalf of the committee and its members.
Om Kosh is a product of Resworb Solutions (“Resworb Solutions”, “we”), the parent company that builds, operates and owns the platform. These terms are an agreement between your society and Resworb Solutions. Learn more at www.resworbsolutions.com.
The first user to register a society is its Admin, with full control over settings, users and money. The Admin is responsible for who they invite and the roles they assign. Keep your credentials secure.
Om Kosh is for managing genuine festival and community fundraising. You agree not to use it for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose, and to comply with your society’s bye-laws and applicable Indian law.
You retain ownership of the members, contributions, expenses and reports you record. You grant us the limited right to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.
Om Kosh is free until an organisation collects ₹1,00,000 in a financial year. Above that, pricing is a single flat yearly fee banded by the financial year’s total collection, contributions, sponsorships, advertisements and prize income combined, exclusive of GST, with no custom or negotiated tier and no charge per receipt or percentage of collections. The same bands apply to housing societies, festival mandals and trusts / NGOs alike, and unlimited festivals are included: ₹1,00,000 to ₹10,00,000 collected is ₹4,999; ₹10,00,000 to ₹50,00,000 is ₹10,999; ₹50,00,000 to ₹2,00,00,000 is ₹20,999; above ₹2,00,00,000 is ₹33,999. The fee is decided by your total collection across the Indian financial year (1 April to 31 March) and billed once, at year-end; GST is added at the prevailing rate. You can stop at any time; historical festivals, receipts and published report links stay readable permanently.
We work hard to keep Om Kosh available and accurate, especially during festival season. The service is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can stop using Om Kosh and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, after notice where reasonable.
